ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you happen to be running late a courtesy phone call would be helpful to make sure we can still accommodate you. If you happen to be running excessively late please call to ensure you can still receive your full appointment or if rescheduling is required.

CANCELATIONS

We respectfully require at least a 24 hours notice if you are not able to come to your appointment. If it is less than 24 hours there will be a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment the day of that service, barring exceptional circumstances. Our stylists run a tight busy schedule with waiting lists.
